After serving for years as a federal prosecutor in Philadelphia where he prosecuted criminal False claims Act cases, Mr. Kenney has devoted himself to whistleblower litigation over the last fifteen years. He has successfully represented whistleblowers throughout the country, while prosecuting cases against the defense, healthcare, pharmaceutical and federal contracting industries. Mr. Egan is the former Chief of the Medicaid Fraud Task Force for the Philadelphia United States Attorneys Office, and prior to that was a Department of Justice trial attorney in Washington DC and Miami, Florida. While Chief of the Economic Crimes Task Force, he and Mr. Kenney jointly prosecuted defense contractors under the False Claims Act on behalf of the federal government. Mr. Egan has joined KEMY after over a decade as a federal prosecutor and over ten years as a trial lawyer in private practice.
