Emily C. Lambert represents whistleblowers under the IRS Whistleblower Program and in False Claims Act litigation.

Before joining Kenney & McCafferty, Ms. Lambert served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Chandlee Johnson Kuhn of the Delaware Family Court, and worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware Department of Justice in the criminal division.

Ms. Lambert completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the following courts:

  • Pennsylvania Supreme Court
  • United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
  • New Jersey Supreme Court
  • United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
  • United States Tax Court
